No — our studio is in Silang, Cavite, a little over an hour from Lipa. We don't claim a Lipa address, we just serve Lipa clients well: remote-first weekly demos, with in-person discovery sessions, workshops, and milestone reviews whenever they add value. The drive is short enough that meeting in person is routine.
