One workflow.Four weeks.Automated for good.
Bot specialists rent you a chatbot subscription. Dev shops bill hourly until your CFO cries. We pick the one workflow draining the most hours in your business, ship a working automation in 4 weeks, and walk away. Fixed scope. Weekly demos. AI agents where they earn their keep — not where they look impressive in a deck.

What you get.
One workflow, picked together
We co-decide which workflow to automate — customer intake, lead follow-up, document processing, invoicing, reporting, approvals, or scheduling. Whichever is bleeding the most hours. One. Not three. Focus is the product.
AI agents where they earn their keep
Agents go in when judgement is needed — triage, classification, drafting. Deterministic code goes in everywhere else. We don't bolt an LLM onto a problem regex already solved.
A working automation, in production
Not a prototype. Not a Figma. By week 4 it's running against real traffic in your stack — your CRM, your inbox, your billing system. The thing actually does the thing.
Weekly demos, no surprises
Every Friday for four weeks you see what shipped that week, on real data. If the trajectory is off, we course-correct on Monday — not at handover. The "ta-da" reveal is dead.
Your stack, your name
Deployed on your infra, documented for your team. No black-box SaaS rental.
30-day post-launch tuning
Every automation drifts in week one — edge cases surface, ops people find shortcuts. We tune for 30 days after go-live at no extra cost. Most retainer shops charge a monthly fee for this in perpetuity.
PROCESS · 04 STEPS
How we approach it.
Week 0 — Pick the workflow
A 90-minute call to lock the target. We push back if you're picking the wrong one — the workflow you hate isn't always the one costing you the most. Output: a one-page brief with the workflow, the systems involved, and a tier.
Week 1 — Map current state
Interviews with the people actually doing the work. Time-box every step. Define success criteria — what "shipped" looks like in numbers (deflection %, hours saved, errors caught). No vague "improve efficiency" goals.
Weeks 2–3 — Build + demo weekly
We build against your real data from day one. Friday demos on what shipped that week. You give feedback Monday, we ship Tuesday–Thursday. Two cycles. No long silent build phase.
Week 4 — Ship + 30-day tuning
Cutover to production, with a rollback plan. Your team trained on what to watch for. We monitor and tune for 30 days post-launch. Then we hand you the keys — no retainer, no lock-in.

AI Operations Audit
Not sure which workflow to pick? Start with the audit. We map every workflow, score them, and tell you which one to package. The audit fee credits forward.
AI Agents & Automation
The underlying capability — production agents inside your software. The package is the productized way to buy it; this page is the capability itself.
Software Development
When the work is bigger than one workflow in four weeks — a full system rebuild, a new internal platform — it graduates out of the package and into bespoke dev.
Digital Strategy
When the scope is genuinely unclear — "we need something but we're not sure what" — strategy comes before any package. Don't buy a hammer until you've found the nail.
Minimum Scalable Product
For founders building a net-new product, not automating an existing workflow. Different problem, different engagement shape.
