MedPath was handling 200+ patient visits per day across three Cavite locations with no centralized system. Every branch kept its own paper patient folders, appointment books, and prescription logs. We built an AI patient intake assistant trained on MedPath's full service menu, fee schedules, doctor profiles, and clinic policies. The assistant handles appointment booking, pre-consultation screening, and FAQ responses across the clinic website and Facebook Messenger — 24 hours a day, without staff involvement. It connects to a centralized clinic management system we built in parallel: patient records, consultation history, prescription tracking, doctor availability calendars, and cross-branch appointment scheduling in one platform. Automated SMS reminders fire 24 hours before every appointment.
