The business owns its customers now
Customer accounts, order histories, and loyalty data all live in Nourish's own system. Direct marketing, re-engagement campaigns, and personalized promotions became possible for the first time.
The challenge
Before
Nourish was generating strong order volume across four Metro Manila branches — but 100% of their delivery orders ran through GrabFood and Foodpanda, which charged 25–30% commission per transaction. The business had no customer database, no order history, and no way to run promotions without going through a third-party platform. In the kitchen, staff were managing orders from three different tablets simultaneously with no unified view of what was coming in. And because all customer data lived in the delivery apps' systems, Nourish couldn't market to their own customers directly.

The solution
What we built
We designed and built a custom direct-order platform with multi-branch support, a real-time kitchen display system, and a built-in customer loyalty program. Orders placed on the Nourish website or app route automatically to the nearest branch. The kitchen display consolidates all orders — delivery, pickup, and dine-in — into one prioritized queue with prep timers and station flags. Customers track their order in real time and accumulate loyalty stamps redeemable for free items. The admin panel gives management sales analytics by branch, item-level performance reports, and full promo configuration — all without touching a third-party platform.
