Because two clients with the same one-line brief often need wildly different builds — and we'd rather quote honestly than overcharge a small scope or under-deliver on a large one. The floor commits us; the fixed quote commits us to your number.
Will the price change mid-project?
No. The fixed quote is the price. If you add scope mid-build we discuss a clearly priced change order — you approve before any work happens. We don't ship surprise invoices.
Do you take equity or revenue-share instead of cash?
