  1. Validate the problem before the platform

    Half the mobile apps we are asked to build should be web apps. We dig into the actual user behavior first — when, where, and how the app gets used — and only then commit to platform decisions.

  2. Design for the constraints of mobile

    Small screens, thumb zones, battery, intermittent connectivity, app store review. We design with these constraints in view from wireframe one — not as fixes during QA.

  3. Build in sprints, ship to TestFlight & Play Internal

    2-week sprints with builds in your hands at the end of each one. You and your real users see the app evolve, not just a Figma file.

  4. Launch, monitor, iterate

    Crash reporting (Sentry), product analytics (PostHog or Amplitude), and a 90-day warranty after launch. Then ongoing Product Growth if you want us to keep shipping.
