White-Label VFX & Cleanup, defined.

White-label VFX means an agency or production house sells the fix and a partner studio does the compositing, unbranded and behind the agency's name. Blackbyrds Digital handles cleanup and paint-out, screen replacement, green screen, sky and background swaps, set extension, 3D product shots, and motion graphics. AI does the first pass and a compositor finishes every frame. Shots start at $150, and the VFX Desk retainer starts at $1,590 / mo for monthly shot credits.

You sell. You manage the client. We build.

Background

Every shoot leaves a few shots that need fixing.

A logo nobody cleared, a boom mic dipping into frame, a phone screen that needs the real app on it, a grey sky on the one day the client could shoot. Most agencies do not keep a compositor on staff for this, because the work arrives in bursts: nothing for three weeks, then twelve shots due on Friday.

A white-label VFX partner absorbs those bursts. The agency keeps the client and the review; the partner grades each shot, fixes it, and returns it unbranded. The parts that make this work over months are dull and important: shots graded and priced before work starts, frame-by-frame QC so a fix never flickers, licence logs for every stock and 3D asset, and consent on file for anything that changes a face.

Why agencies bring us VFX work.

  • Problem shots arrive in bursts

A retainer of shot credits covers the busy weeks without a salary for the quiet ones. Unused credits roll over a month.

  • Every shot is priced before work starts

Simple, medium, or complex, graded from the footage. A simple fix is $150 and a medium one $480, so you can quote your client before you brief us.

  • AI speed without AI-looking results

Generative tools draft the masks, fills, and environments. A compositor makes the result hold up frame to frame, which is what your client will actually look at.

  • The time zone works for you

The studio is in Manila (UTC+8), so shots sent at the end of a day in the Americas or Europe arrive at the start of ours.

What we deliver.

  1. Cleanup and paint-out: logos, signs, boom mics, rigs, reflections, blemishes

  2. Screen replacement with tracking, including hands and reflections over the screen

  3. Green screen keying and compositing, with hair and motion-blur edges cleaned by hand

  4. Sky, background, and set extension, matched to the plate’s light and lens

  5. 3D product packshots and CG product placed into live footage

  6. Motion graphics: title cards, lower thirds, logo stings, and kinetic type

  7. AI-assisted VFX finished by a compositor so it matches the real footage

  8. A delivery note flagging shots that may need a platform AI label

How we approach it.

  1. 01

    You send the shots

Share the original footage by link with a note on each fix.

  2. 02

    We grade each shot

Simple, medium, or complex, with the price or the credits, before anything starts.

  3. 03

We fix them behind the scenes

AI first pass, then the compositor. Watermarked renders go to your review link.

  4. 04

    You deliver them as yours

Clean files in the format and resolution you shot, unbranded.

How the white-label part works.

  • Nothing carries our name

No credit, no bumper, and no watermark of ours on the final files. Review renders are watermarked until the invoice is paid.

  • Review runs through you

Renders go to your review link, and your team decides what reaches the client. We never contact your client unless you ask us to join a call under your brand.

  • Confidential by default

Footage is shared by link, used only for your shots, and covered by an NDA with your agency. We do not publish anything that identifies your client without your written approval.

  • Billing is between us and you

We invoice your agency, never your client. International agencies pay by Wise or PayPal; agencies in the Philippines by bank transfer, GCash, or Maya.

When agencies call us in.

  • The logo nobody cleared

A brand or artwork in the background that legal flagged after the shoot. Painted out across the shot so the edit can ship.

  • The app ad with a blank phone

Product UI composited onto the device in every shot, tracked through hands and reflections.

  • The location that did not look its best

Grey skies, a cramped room, or a half-empty venue. Sky replacement, set extension, or crowd duplication, matched to the plate.

  • The product that is not made yet

A 3D packshot or a CG product placed into live footage while the physical one is still in production.

VFX FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

How does the VFX Desk work?

You buy a monthly block of shot credits: a simple shot uses 1, a medium shot 3, and complex shots are quoted in credits. Desks run from $1,590 / mo to $5,690 / mo, with a peso book for agencies in the Philippines. Unused credits roll over one month.

Can we try it before signing up?

Yes. Send one simple problem shot and we will fix it so you can judge the quality on your own footage before you commit a client to it.

Will our client know you did the work?

Not from us. Final files carry nothing of ours, we never contact your client unless you ask, and we do not publish their work without your written approval.

What will you turn down?

Feature-film and streaming packages that need a studio security assessment, full CG creatures, big simulations, and any face or voice change without written consent from the person on screen.
