White-labelvideo editing

Your clients send footage faster than your team can cut it. We edit it with an AI first pass and a human finish, deliver it without our name anywhere on it, and stay out of the client conversation unless you bring us in.

White-Label Video Editing, defined.

White-label video editing means an agency sells editing to its clients and a partner studio does the cutting, unbranded, behind the agency's name. Blackbyrds Digital edits vlogs, YouTube videos, podcasts, short-form clips, ad recuts, and event recaps for agencies: AI handles transcripts, silence cuts, camera switching, and reframing, then an editor does story, pacing, colour, sound, and captions. Published prices start at $240 per video, with monthly plans from $795 / mo, so an agency can mark up a known cost.

You sell. You manage the client. We build.

Background

Editing is the bottleneck nobody priced in.

Most agencies that sell content retainers find the same thing a few months in: filming and strategy scale with the team, and editing does not. Every new client adds hours of footage a week, the in-house editor becomes the queue, and either turnaround slips or the agency starts saying no to video work it has already sold. Hiring a second editor solves it for one month of peak demand and leaves a salary behind for the quiet ones.

A white-label editing partner turns that fixed cost into a variable one. The agency keeps the client, the brief, the strategy, and the brand; the partner takes the footage and returns finished edits to the agency’s review link, in the agency’s style, with nothing that identifies who cut them. The work that makes this hold up over months is unglamorous: a brand kit kept per client so the twentieth video matches the first, caption accuracy checked by a person, clean handling of footage that belongs to someone else, and turnaround that is published rather than promised.

Why agencies bring us Video Editing work.

  • Content retainers outgrow one editor

Social and content retainers are sold on volume, and volume lands on whoever edits. A partner absorbs the peaks so the retainer you sold in January is still deliverable in March, without a hire you cannot justify in the quiet months.

  • A known cost you can mark up

Per-video prices and monthly plans are published, with the footage each package takes in and the runtime it returns. You can price a client retainer against a real number instead of an estimate of your own editor’s week.

  • The time zone works for you

The studio is in Manila (UTC+8). Footage your team uploads at the end of a day in the Americas or Europe arrives at the start of ours, so review cuts are usually waiting at the start of your next working day, within each package’s published turnaround.

  • The AI part is already solved

Transcription, silence and filler removal, multicam switching, reframing, and caption drafts run as a first pass, so editor hours go to the decisions your clients actually notice. You get the speed of the tools without training your team on all of them.

What we deliver.

  1. Vlog and YouTube edits from the footage your client shoots, cut for story and retention

  2. Podcast episodes with camera switching and cleanup, plus promotional clips

  3. Short-form packs: one long video cut into vertical clips, each with its own hook and animated captions

  4. Ad recut packs from footage your client already owns, with hook variants in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9

  5. Event and corporate recaps for your B2B and corporate clients

  6. A brand kit per client (fonts, colours, caption style, lower thirds, intro and outro), kept so every edit matches

  7. Thumbnails, extra caption languages, and English or Tagalog dubbing as add-ons

  8. Transcripts, chapters, and VideoObject schema for the client’s website on request

How we approach it.

  1. 01

    You send the footage

Share a link and a line on the client and what the video is for. For a new client, add their brand assets once and we build the kit.

  2. 02

    We confirm the package

We watch the footage and confirm which package or plan it fits, with the price, before anything starts.

  3. 03

    We edit behind the scenes

AI first pass, then the edit. 2 revision rounds per video (1 on the pilot), with review cuts going to your link, not your client’s inbox.

  4. 04

    You deliver it as yours

Clean exports in every ratio, unbranded, ready for your team to hand over or publish.

How the white-label part works.

  • Nothing we deliver carries our name

No bumper, no end-card credit, and no watermark of ours on the final files. The edit is your agency’s work as far as your client can see.

  • Review runs through you

Review cuts are watermarked; clean exports are released once the invoice is paid. Cuts go to your review link, in your tool or ours, and your team decides what reaches the client and when. We do not contact your client unless you ask us to join a call under your brand.

  • Their footage stays confidential

Footage is shared by link, never uploaded to our website, and used only for the edit it was sent for. We sign an NDA with your agency, and we do not publish anything that identifies your client without your written approval.

  • Billing is between us and you

We invoice your agency, never your client. International agencies pay by Wise or PayPal; agencies in the Philippines by bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. What you charge your client is yours to set.

When agencies call us in.

  • The social retainer with more footage than hours

A client films a batch every week and expects a steady stream of shorts and one long video. A monthly plan covers the volume, and your strategist stays on the content calendar instead of the timeline.

  • The podcast you launched for a client

The show is recorded on schedule and the edit is the part that slips. Each episode comes back cut, cleaned, switched between cameras, and with the clips that promote it.

  • The paid-social account that needs new hooks

The client’s ads are fatiguing and there is no budget for a new shoot. Existing footage recut into new hooks and ratios gives the media buyer something fresh to test.

  • The event you filmed and now have to cut

A launch or conference produced two hours of footage and the client wants a recap this week. One recap plus clips for the week after, under your name.

Video Editing FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

Will our client ever know you edited it?

Not from us. The exports carry no credit or bumper of ours, we never contact your client unless you ask, and we do not publish their work without your written approval. If you want us on a call, we join under your brand.

How much does white-label video editing cost?

Agencies are quoted from the same published price list as direct clients, starting at $240 per video and $795 / mo for a monthly plan, up to $2,990 / mo for the Scale plan. Agencies based in the Philippines are quoted from the peso price book. Volume beyond the largest plan is quoted per month. You set your own price to your client.

Can you match our existing editing style?

Yes. Send two or three edits you consider on-brand for the client, plus their fonts, colours, and caption style. We build a brand kit from them before the first edit and keep it for every video after.

How do revisions work when the feedback comes from our client?

2 revision rounds per video (1 on the pilot). Consolidate your client’s notes with your own on the review link and send them as one round. Extra rounds are priced on the published list, so nobody argues about them.

What do you need from us to start?

A footage link, the client’s brand assets, two or three reference edits if you have them, where the video will be posted, and the deadline. A pilot edit is the easiest way to see the work before committing a client to it.
