PropWise — Real Estate Marketplace Platform
From Facebook listings to a full-featured property marketplace that increased qualified lead volume by 60%.
Impact
What changed.
Qualified lead volume increased by 60%
A professional search and listing experience converted more browsers into inquiries than the Facebook DM funnel — and the structured intake form filtered out unqualified leads before they reached agents.
No more lost leads
Every inquiry is captured in the CRM, assigned to an agent, and tracked through the pipeline. Leads that would have previously been lost in Facebook DMs or agent notebooks are now followed up on.
Developer has data for the first time
Listing view counts, lead volume by property, agent response time, and conversion rates are visible in the management dashboard — enabling data-driven decisions on pricing, inventory, and agent performance.
The challenge
Before
A property developer in South Luzon was posting listings on Facebook and relying on agents to respond to comments and DMs for inquiries. There was no search or filter capability for buyers, no structured lead capture form, and no CRM — agents tracked follow-ups in personal notebooks. The developer had no data on which listings generated the most interest, which agents were converting, or where in the buyer journey inquiries were dropping off.
- All listings on Facebook — no dedicated property website or search experience
- Buyer inquiries via Facebook comments and DMs — no structured lead capture
- No search or filter — buyers had to scroll through posts to find relevant properties
- Agent follow-up tracked in personal notebooks — leads frequently lost
- No visibility on listing performance or lead conversion data
- Property photos in personal agent Google Drive folders — inconsistent presentation
- No automated follow-up — response time depended entirely on agent availability
The solution
What we built
We designed and built a property marketplace with advanced search and filter (by location, price, property type, lot size, and features), structured listing management with Cloudinary-hosted image galleries, a lead capture system connected to an agent CRM, and a management analytics dashboard. Buyers submit viewing requests through a structured form. Leads are automatically assigned to the responsible agent with follow-up reminders. Management sees listing views, lead volume, agent response time, and conversion rates.
