Before

A multi-division company's executive team was receiving separate weekly reports from Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and Marketing — each in a different format, each a different cut-off date, and each requiring follow-up to clarify methodology. Board meetings started with 20 minutes of data reconciliation before any actual decisions could be made. Leadership had no real-time view of business performance.

The solution

What we built

We built a unified executive analytics platform that pulls live data from the company's finance system, CRM, HRIS, and operations tools via API connectors. A single dashboard surfaces all KPIs with consistent definitions, real-time refresh, drill-down capability, and role-based access. Executives can explore underlying data without requesting a new report from each team.
