The challenge

The education provider was managing 60+ Google Classrooms across multiple programs with no unified reporting, no consistent student experience, and no brand presence. Instructors used a mix of Google Meet, YouTube, and email to deliver content. Administrators had no visibility on student progress, completion rates, or learning outcomes across programs.

Before

  • 60+ Google Classrooms with no unified student view or cross-program analytics
  • Content delivered across Google Meet, YouTube, and email — fragmented experience
  • No branded platform — students saw generic Google interfaces
  • Manual grading with no rubric standardization across instructors
  • Administrators had no visibility on completion rates or student progress
  • No quiz or assessment engine — tests distributed via Google Forms
  • No certificate issuance system for course completions

The solution

We built a custom LMS with SSO authentication, video lesson delivery with progress tracking, a quiz and assessment engine with automated grading, and a real-time analytics dashboard for administrators. Students access all their enrolled programs from one branded portal. Instructors build structured courses with modules, lessons, and assessments. Certificates are generated and emailed automatically upon completion.

Core workflow connections:

  • Course Creation → Module Structure → Video Upload → Quiz Builder → Publish
  • Student Enrollment → Branded Portal Login → Lesson Progress → Assessment → Certificate
  • Instructor Dashboard → Student Progress → Completion Rate → Grade Distribution
  • Admin Dashboard → Cross-program Analytics → Enrollment Trends → Outcome Reports
