Price the filmbefore you brief it.

Pick the deliverable, say how big it is, and read the number straight away in pesos and dollars. Leave the scope exactly as published and you get the published price, not a marked-up range. Every figure comes from our published package prices, so nothing here is a sales number invented for the occasion, and every project still gets a fixed quote before work starts.

What this calculator does.

This is an estimator, not a price list. Pick a deliverable, set the scene, image, or concept count, then add any extra platform ratios or revision rounds, and the tool prices that scope against our published packages in pesos and dollars. Leave every choice at its baseline and it returns the published package price exactly, from ₱20,000 for AI Copy & Concept Boards, and from ₱350,000 for a campaign system. Go above baseline and it returns a range instead, because added scope carries finishing complexity we cannot see until we read the brief. The arithmetic runs in your browser, nothing is stored, and every project still gets a fixed quote before work starts.

What the calculator covers.

Every deliverable in the picker, with the price we publish for it. The estimate always starts from one of these 7 figures and moves only for scope you choose.

Four choices, one number.

Choose a deliverable, then set scene count, extra platform ratios, and extra revision rounds. Leave all three at baseline and the result is the published package price, exactly as the pricing grid lists it. Change one and it becomes a range. The result updates as you go, in pesos and US dollars, alongside the package timeline and what the price covers. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored. It is arithmetic running in your browser.

That is the published price, not an estimate. Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts, and that quote is the number we hold ourselves to. Send the brief and we will price it properly.

How the estimate is built.

Every estimate starts at the published package price. Three choices move it up: scene count, extra platform ratios, and extra revision rounds. A fourth line widens the top into a range to cover finishing complexity we cannot see until we read the brief, and it applies only once one of those three sits above baseline. Here is each one, stated plainly.

  • Scene, image, or concept count

Generation and finishing both scale with how many scenes the edit has to carry. Script, boards, sound design, and project setup get paid once whichever way the count goes, so roughly doubling the scenes adds well under double the price.

    +15% per step
  • Extra platform ratios and cutdowns

A cutdown set is reframing and recutting a master you have already signed off. No new shots get generated, so this is finishing time only, and it stays a small slice of the base.

    +5% per set
  • Extra revision rounds

A round is one consolidated pass of notes plus the recut, the regrade, and any regenerated shots that follow. It is a fixed slice of finishing time: more than an export, far less than a new scene.

    +8% per round
  • Finishing complexity

This one applies only when you have asked for something the published package does not already cover. When you have, what stays unpriced is how hard the finish is: voiceover languages, motion graphics load, how tightly the brand has to be held across cuts. A fifth above the floor is the honest width of that band before we have read a brief. At baseline there is no band, because there is nothing extra to finish.

+20% at the top, above baseline only

Against a traditional shoot day.

The honest comparison is a line-item one, not a headline number. A traditional shoot day in Metro Manila buys crew, camera and grip, a location, talent, catering, and a separate post stage, and it buys one shooting window. We do not publish a peso figure for that, because rates vary too widely to state one fairly.

  • Crew call

Director, DP, gaffer, grips, and assistants, booked by the day and paid whether the light holds or not.

  • Camera, lenses, grip

Rental kit, trucking, and the days the kit is held for rather than the hours it rolls.

  • Location and permits

Site fees, barangay and city permits, and the hours lost moving a unit between them.

  • Talent and wardrobe

  • Weather and reshoots

Rain or lost light can mean paying for the same day twice. Generated scenes do not have weather.

Ask two production houses for a shoot-day rate, then set it beside the range this calculator gives you. That is a real comparison, made with real numbers, and it is the one worth making. A figure we made up to flatter ourselves would not be.

What people ask about the price.

The estimate answers what a package costs. These answer everything around it: why the result is a range, what moves it, what the number does and does not cover, and what happens when you decide to turn an estimate into a quote you can plan a launch on.

What does this AI video cost calculator do?

Is the calculator result a quote?

No. At baseline scope it shows the published package price, and above baseline it shows a range. Neither one is a quote for your project. A quote needs a brief: the message, the audience, the placements, the deadline, and the licence you need. Send those and we come back within one business day with a fixed quote. That fixed quote is the number we hold ourselves to, and it does not move once work starts.

When does the calculator show a range instead of one number?

Only once you ask for something the published package does not already cover. Leave every choice at its baseline and the result is a single figure: the published package price, the same number the pricing grid shows. Add scenes, extra ratios, or extra revision rounds and it becomes a range, because the floor and the ceiling are then honestly different things. The floor is the published price adjusted for what you picked. The ceiling adds room for finishing complexity we cannot see until we read the brief: how many voiceover languages, how much motion graphics work, how tightly the brand has to be held across every cut. The campaign system stays a from-price either way, because programmes at that size are scoped individually.

What makes an AI video cost more?

Four things, and each is stated on this page beside its rate. Scene, image, or concept count is the big one, because generation and finishing both scale with it. Extra platform ratios and cutdowns add finishing time on a master you have already approved. Extra revision rounds add a consolidated pass of notes plus the recut that follows. Finishing complexity sets the width of the range once a choice sits above the published scope.

How does this compare with traditional video production costs?

The useful comparison is a line-item one, not a headline number. A traditional shoot day carries crew, camera and grip rental, location fees and permits, talent and wardrobe, catering, and a separate post-production stage, and it buys one location in one shooting window. We do not publish a peso figure for that, because day rates vary too widely by crew size, location, and talent to state one fairly. Ask two production houses for a shoot-day rate and compare it against the estimate here.

How long does each package take?

Timelines are published per package: AI Copy & Concept Boards in 3 – 5 business days, AI Brand Visuals in 1 – 2 weeks, Launch Film in 2 – 3 weeks, AI Campaign Film in 2 – 3 weeks, and Corporate AVP in 3 – 4 weeks. The Monthly Video Pack delivers a batch every month on a three-month minimum, then continues month to month. Board approval is the gate that protects every one of those schedules, because the look is agreed while changing it still costs nothing.

Does the estimate include the licence and the files?

The estimate covers the package as published, and the licence term varies by package. Final masters, raw generations, and project files transfer to you, with usage rights written into the quote. Upgrading a licence to perpetual or to a full buyout is a separate line, and rush delivery is too. Those add-ons and their rates are listed on the AI Video Production page.

Do you store what I enter into the calculator?

No. The arithmetic runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. There is no form to submit, no email gate, and no result waiting behind a sign-up. If you want a real quote, the contact link takes you to a normal form where you choose what to tell us.
